Shipping & Return Policy
We check all products being shipped out to ensure the utmost quality! We make sure products are wrapped correctly, stacked to proper levels, boxed, and labelled. All products are in good order, from the shipper to the receiver. Upon receiving please report any problems immediately to email@example.com so it can be rectified. We are not responsible for goods that get damaged in the shipping process. We ship via Canada Post and once it has been shipped it is beyond our control. We will do our best to assist a customer if any problems occur. We only ship orders within Canada to a valid Canadian Postal Address. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after processing if the item is in stock. Products are not to be exported outside of Canada for any reason. Postage is calculated at time of check out.
